Client Service Manager (m/w/d)

 

What you move:

  • Sie sind erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden im Tagesgeschäft sowie für die Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen
  • Sie übernehmen die operative Vorbereitung von Vertragsstarts sowie die Organisation und Durchführung von operativen Einführungsgesprächen mit Neukunden
  • Sie erfassen Neuverträge und Vertragsänderungen im System
  • Sie überwachen und steuern die Forderungs- und Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Sie analysieren Schwachstellen und sorgen für deren nachhaltige Behebung
  • Sie übernehmen die Erstbetreuung bei technischen Fragen zur Datenübermittlung

 

What you bring:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und haben idealerweise bereits Praxiserfahrung bei einer Bank oder einem Finanzdienstleister gesammelt
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Factoring und Debitorenbuchhaltung sind wünschenswert
  • Sie sind kommunikativ und teamfähig, großes Organisationstalent und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie arbeiten strukturiert und haben eine hohe Affinität zu IT-Systemen und technischen Abläufen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab, Französisch- oder Niederländischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
