Jens Hoter, born in 1969, is the Branch Manager of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring S.A. - Niederlassung Deutschland and responsible for the company divisions market, finance, HR, operations and the branches in Belgium and the Netherlands. Previously, he worked for Coface Finanz GmbH for 11 years, including 7 years as managing director, where he developed among others an international factoring network in 26 countries within Coface Group.
On October 13, 2010, the Federal Ministry of Finance issued the Remuneration Ordinance for Institutions with the approval of the Deutsche Bundesbank and after consultation with the central associations of the institutions. These regulate the regulatory requirements for remuneration systems.
